Welcome to Forging Futures Education Fund

The Forging Futures Education Fund provides grants in aid to Gillespie County residents for academic performance and financial needs and significantly impacts the recipients and community.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Resident of Gillespie County
• Prior academic performance
• Financial Need
• The scholarship committee's conclusions as to the applicant's
  motivation, direction, character, ability and potential for benefiting the recipient and community student living in.

• Planning to attend an accredited institution that provides an educational program acceptable for full credit towards a bachelor's degree

- Post-secondary degree
- vocational training program
- certification program

that prepares students for gainful employment in a recognized occupation.

* Most scholarships are renewable in order to achieve the intended goal.
